We have seen the all-new Peugeot 308 before but here are the latest photos of the new Peugeot 308 during its first winter test.
First rumored to be called 301, a name that was given Peugeots new low-cost car, the latest rumors are now saying the new car will keep the 308 name.
Like the 208, the new 308 is expected to be both lighter and more agile to drive. The platform will be shared with the one known from the Citroen C4 and DS4. Engines will be shared with the Citroens as well as some new from the 208, meaning a wide range of both petrol and diesel engines including a diesel hybrid. We will also find engines from the new three-cylinder family under the short bonnet.
Design is said to be a mixture between the 208 and the SR1 Concept car revealing a more elegant and compact body then the current 308 when it’s due for 2013. But for now the camouflage does its best to hide that.
