Well, I was never commenting on whether Clinton was guilty or not. Just on the provocative headline.

Having watched two interviews in the last couple of weeks (the first one the Prince Andrew interview, and the second one the Virginia Giuffre interview), I think Prince Andrew is completely guilty, and I think there is much more to come out.

For example, what's democratic about the Liberal Democrats getting 11.5% of the vote share and getting 11 seats, yet the SNP get only 3.9% of the vote share and getting 48 seats?

The Conservatives got 43.6% of the vote, so not more than the opposition, yet they have a massive majority in terms of seats so they can pretty much do what they want. And they will.

As for Brexit, more people voted for non-Brexit parties than voted for Brexit parties, so it's not as if the Conservatives have a mandate to carry out Brexit. It's just that they hold the balance of power.

It really is mind-boggling, I mean - I voted remain, but I do understand there are legitimate reasons why people would want to leave the EU, so I do get there will be passionate arguments on both sides, and even when perverse logic is at play underpinning peoples opinions, you can normally see how peoples opinions are founded.

But having spent a lot more time recently researching electoral reform, there really is no fathoming the stupidity of some peoples standpoints when they argue against it [e.g. Pro-leave types who see a Pro-reform standpoint as trying to undermine the Brexit vote and therefore as undemocratic]. It's made me realise that the first question at hand when discussing electoral reform isn't how we count the votes, or where we draw the borders, it's a question of whether we, the people, actually want to live in a democracy at all - it really has gotten that stupid.

He was advised by his close staff NOT to do the interview, but apparently, as is typical of Prince Andrew, he ignored them and thought he knew better. He has a long-running reputation of being "not very nice at all" or "an absolute c*** of the highest order", depending on whom you speak with. Often members of the Royal Family are given code names which are used by close protection officers. Andrew's was simply "the c***".

Watching the interview, it was obvious he is completely out of touch with reality and the everyday world, more so than any royal. To talk about "straight forward shooting weekends", and staying with Epstein in New York because it was "a convenient place to stay" shows an utter lack of self-awareness. When describing Epstein's behaviour, he said it was "unbecoming". A convicted pedophile is unbecoming, like he'd simply used the wrong piece of cutlery at dinner! Finally, when asked if he regretted his friendship with Epstein, he gobsmackingly said "no, still not".

One bizarre moment, for me at least, is his alibi for why he says he wasn't at the nightclub on the evening of one of the alledged offences. He maintains he was at a Pizza Express restaurant in Woking, a satellite town of London, famous for being the home of McLaren, Paul Weller, and the setting of War of the Worlds. Well, our UK pied-a-terre is in Woking, and that's our local pizza restaurant.
