So this is not a "hint" for the w222? I think it looks very good, except for the high dropping line.

So they're planning on keeping the high dropping line (that ends abruptly at the door here.... Seems their biggest challenge is finding a way to harmoniously tie it to the rear, case in point is the CLS) for another 30 years? Lol. It looks better here than on the current production models and upcoming models with the dropping line, but....

Rear of the glasshouse reminds me of Audi (the way it pinches down at the end), and that grill isn't very nice at all. Finally, it looks like it'll be a FWD? Very short and stubby hood (close to Audi proportions).

Those are my areas of "critique" I guess you can say.

The photos are embargoed and have already been removed from Autobild at the request of Daimler AG. I think it's a wise move a moderator deletes them for the time being and reposts them when everything becomes official.:usa7uh:
Thanks, the mod team will consider your suggestion.

That's true...if the mods see fit to delete the thread I'm fine with it.

:t-cheers:

The experimental model is said to be powered by four electric motors with a combined output of 231-horsepower that draw energy generated by fuel cells. The coupe model completes the standard 0 to 100km/h (62mph) sprint in 4.9 seconds and can reach a top speed of 220km/h (137mph), while it has a driving range of 1,000km (622 miles).

Official details are expected to be released soon.

It looks all right IMO, but would be much better without the gullwings. I think F800 was overall a much more complete design.
