Coupé/Roadster Offical: MINI Coupe Concept

The Mini Coupé and Mini Roadster are two-seater sports cars that were engineered and manufactured by German automaker BMW under the Mini marque between 2011 and 2015.
^^I'd probably go with that. The only thing hat is scaring me now is Paris Hilton getting her hands on this and making it pink. LOL

Someone on anther forum asked for a teardrop light effect. It's far from perfect, but I stole the lights from the MINI Crossover Concept to mock these up:

If I could paint that car all black and put give it a "teeth like" appearence for the grill....and get it for about $5,000 I would buy it.

Lol...Honestly a car that small shouldn't be no more then $5,000 same goes for the SMART car.

Try Tata Nano...

Producing a Mini with quality, comfort and safety levels that are expected from the brand together with a $5000 price is sheer contradiction in terms...

Yes.

That and notwithstanding the fact that MINI is a prestige brand that demands premium pricing relative to the product offering.

Agreed, the MINI is pricy, but it is not that pricy. The MINI Cooper S starts at $30,000 (SEK 216,000) here and I don't think that one sixth of the price is reasonable :D

$30,000 for that small car? You have got to be kidding me. The Germans have always overcharged for their cars. The S-class probably being the worst. Forgetting all that prestige, the material to make this car are probably under $10k (at the most $15k). I'm guess Mini must be prestige over in Europe because it isn't over here. It has as much "prestige" over here as the VW beetle. Probably a nice ride for a small car, but not worth as much as their charging.

Prices for all cars are much higher here in Europe than they are in the US.

The basic MINI Cooper S is $ 22,000 with some equipment that we pay extra for.

Ok now that sounds much better. It's nothing against the Mini or anything. I just hate to see small cars cost so much. I feel the same way about the C-class too, so it's nothing against the Mini.

MINI

Mini (stylized as MINI) is a British automotive brand founded in 1969, owned by German BMW since 2000, and used by them for a range of small cars assembled in the United Kingdom, Austria, and the Netherlands. The word Mini has been used in car model names since 1959, and in 1969 it became a brand in its own right when the name "Mini" replaced the separate "Austin Mini" and "Morris Mini" car model names.
