I agree, the cars are technical masterpieces however they’ve lost a little character recently, which as Henry Catchpole stated, not entirely their fault, it’s due to regulations. The electric thing is going to be interesting, Porsche has made a case for itself, in the sense that it’s the best driving electric car so there are area in which automakers can differentiate themselves but I don’t see how people will be willing to buy expensive electric cars that will be outdated in a few years. That’s like buying a $10,000 phone cause it’s made of better materials than an iPhone or Samsung but the next iPhone or Samsung will triumph it in every measurable way. We saw that happen with Vertu, the ‘luxury’ phone maker. It doesn’t work, luxury electronics aren’t a thing.Partially true. While they are a corporate machine and their current race cars stink, the road cars and the BEST they've ever been and by some margin. The older cars also get more magical all the time. Ferrari is special. Always has been. Always will be. I personally think Enzo would be amazed that Ferrari creates a lagless, elastic turbo charged 4 litre engine pumping out 800 HP.
I do worry greatly though about when cars all go full electric. I cannot see a reason to buy a Ferrari, Lambo, Mclaren in these circumstances.
