I'll have to ask Derek when they shot that top video. That's at Moroso, near Derek's home. I was just there driving with PCA earlier this month. It's not a very fast track. There are chicanes on both long straights, although the one on the front is very mild. I suppose he may be hitting nearly 160 at the end of the front straight. I hit 147 there in my Z06. My novice student in a 997 Carrera S was hitting 132, in only the second time he drove on a track!
