It can’t be a good driver, or he is driving 80%. It should be aprox 5 sec faster.

The revived Nissan Z goes toe to toe with the Toyota Supra.

Doesn’t seem to be a real sports car like 350z/370z was. 370z had better handling and even better grip ( on similar tyres)

Wow didn't expect this, the new Nissan Z is not up to the mark of the less powerful Supra. It is way slower in a straight line, has worst braking and less lateral g of only 0.93 vs 1.00. Maybe the Bridgestone Potenza S007 are not very grippy tyres and inferior to the Michelin Pilot Sports.

The S007 Bridgestones should be comparable to PS4S. Not sure why the grip of the Nissan is so poor. Even the braking is bad. Obviously it's gonna be slower in a straight line as it has a manual and the Supra has an automatic, but otherwise yeah, disappointing.

Yes, these tyres should be comparable. And theses S007 are the option performance tyres. Standard tyres are more narrow Yokohama Advan Sport.
