Audi TT Moment 2.0 Concept

If they would do the redesign well, taking it back to the original TT, they have an recipe for the best in class design nailing it with today‘s trends for retro-futurism.

I‘m affraid to see the front, where Audi has no vision for since years, but maybe we will get a surprise.
Same. I wonder how they designed the grille since the front end looks so flat

I like many design elements seen on the concept, but find some selected details questionable. One being the electronic device "tablet" of a front shield. Odd. I'm most certainly "NOT in" on the 1930's retro louvered bird'-eyed view rear. I hope that this is simply Audi design exercising a bit conceptual "dramatic liberty" rather than something being seriously considered for serial production. But otherwise, pretty neat IMHO.

it gives me RSQ vibes, might be weird now, but could become just as iconic. See how the similarly vertical and to some extent ugly designs of the M3 and M4, M2 got not only accepted but also hyped.

The one thing I can imagine already ruining it is that those large intakes below the headlights will most certainly house some ugly bulky lights, unless they came up with some crazy thin solution that can fit in the DRLs.

We will have to give it time, but what I see this might be a new design language for Audi, and in this case it would be winner IMO.
I’m totally in for the retro-futurism and it might work even better than the NK if applied strictly to the whole lineup.

Even though I like the „weird” grille I was hoping they would bring back the horizontal theme for the EV-future:

Agree. And especially pertaining to the mentioning of the "application" to the entire lineup of future Audi vehicles. It could be the "signature" that Audi so desperately requires in order to once again maneuver the brand to the upper tiers of the design totem pole. Audi was once there, although it now seems so very long ago. They seem to have seriously lost their way, this being particularly exemplified with the case-in-point (lost in) translation of the very attractive A6 etron concepts into the rather ungainly actual serial production cars. And what is "acceptably pleasant" such as the B10 A5 and C9 A6 is simply no where near enough.

I like everything about this concept, except the front grill which is sterile, lacking dynamism and width, that the rest of the car displays. Can someone good with PS add a typical modern Audi grill on to the concept. Excuse my quick amateur guideline.

I'd also liked to have seen the gills/vents down the rear sides of the TT Concept (as in the Auto Union race car) instead of at the central rear.

All they needed to do is put an Audi 80-like grille on it. Small and horizontal.

Like the B5 A4:

WTF is this weird vertical thing.

Guess we will have Audi cars from i Robot (2004 movie).
Now that Audi RSQ in production form please?
Me love it except that beaver grill or a girl looking surprised.

So what about the license plate on the production car? Boldly over the lower part of the grille? On the side of it like Alfa?

Ugly either way

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
