Well, somewhere I read, that the 7 speed box can't lift the huge torque of 830 Nm

It can't lift the E55 torque of 700nm too and that is why they reduced the torque a little and used a 7-speed instead of 5-speed in E63 because this lay-out gives better performance.70nm less but 2 extra gears can compensate for more than 100nm of torque.

Have you seen the car IRL? the new 7er looks so hot its puts S-class to shame. The new 7er is very elegant, sleek with fine lines and those large kidney's gives the car character.

Honestly, I am very impressed with the new 7. Very sleek looking and the front is the most aggressive.

On the other hand the S-class is still one of the best looking sedans on earth. Not to mention this is an S600. Both cars are impressive, but I still agree with the results. Good try by BMW though.
