Well, "Gandini styling" is pushing it a bit too far. While he was chosen among other proposals (Bertone, Italdesign/Giugiaro and Paolo Martin), the final design was made by the architect who designed the (then) new factory in Italy.
You can see how different the production car is from Gandini's prototypes:
I'd say the final EB110 design even got a little inspiration from the Giugiaro concept, the ID90:
And btw, what it's wrong about having a Poltrona Frau logo on your seats? I mean, they have/had at the time quite the reputation.....
