Mixed feeling.I'm satisfied it's not a retro of original 57SC Atlantic,but I'm disappointed it's an another reskinned Chiron,the body kits is very stunning though.
After Mr.Winkelman governed Bugatti,more and more such works will appear in the future.When Bugatti reveal the Chiron supersport in the coming year,a more expensive reskinned Chiron supersport than this one is expected.On business perspective,it's not a bad idea.

Drop dead stunning but it follows the Reventon recepie: Take an existing hyper car, reskin it and add another zero to the list price.

Think about it for a second. You can buy 10 Chirons or 100 Hurecans for the price of this car. Is it worth it? Questionable.

To utilize the engine from the mid to the front,It'll cost the customer hundreds millions Dollars,not just 20 millions,if it's a one off car.So it's basically impossible.

It doesnt have to be in front. In front there could be battery and electric motors/tank for fuel and other liquids.
Also I think they can convert mid engined to front engined, rotate it and adjust suspension. You have basic ingredients, suspension, engine, gearbox, you dont have to create new from scratch.
But since we don't know what would be exact numbers, lets go by first imagination. Mid engine, batteries and el engines in front + fuel tank:

You get more unique car with many components from other Bugattis.
Professional designer ofcourse could design it closer to 57 Atlantic, this is just quick PS of idea.
