The S4 is surprisingly feature rich with a few nice gimmicks, the HTC One kills it for design and use of material, but the S4 has superior on paper specs. I will wait for the reviews and tests before I make a definitive judgement.

Not to hate, but my S2 still runs perfectly ... I don't see the need to upgrade yet!

I replace my phones every two years so this is the year for me to upgrade, having said that my S2 is still quite quick enough and it does everything I need to do on a phone. However the S2 is starting to show its age with its relatively low resolution display and the 2 to 3 sec shutter delay time required to take a photo. I can hold onto the S2 for another year if the reviews of the S4 or the HTC One don't impress me.
