Panamera [Official] 2021 Porsche Panamera facelift

The Porsche Panamera is a mid to full-sized luxury car (E-segment or F-segment for LWB in Europe) manufactured and marketed by Porsche. The Panamera name, as with the Carrera name, is derived from the Carrera Panamericana race.
Boy Porsche are killing you guys in Europe with the À La Carte business. It’s still bad compared to big 3 in the US, but not as serious. l struck gold and found one with every option from dealer 2 years ago. It’s still my go to car for daily activities. Ordered a RS6, but decided to pass on it. Thinking of getting it’s cousin Flying Spur as replacement. I’m still not quite sure whether or not I like the W223. I feel like I’m forcing myself to like it.

Ambient light, 4 zone climate, sports seats, chrono clock, and Burmester 3D are party pleasers. Burmester 3D is fantastic, but the Bose system is good also. Pano roof is standard here.

On the used car market, the Turbo and GTS are on par price wise as @AndreB mentioned. The first gen GTS was/is top 3 best driving and sound executive saloon of the 21st century (remarkable driving experience). The second gen feels like a detuned Turbo more than anything. Interior is cool though.

It’s quite easy to tune the ECU to 700hp/710 lb/tq. The power is addictive, pulling like a freight train on motorways.

The À La Carte business :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

It just struck me that I have only ever seen the Sport Turismo on the road once.

I wonder whether the Tycan will have a halo effect and spark people's interest in the hybrid Panamera models.

20-30 mile electric only range isn't spectacular. However its sufficient on journeys for which BEV make most sense e.g trips to shops, local park, school runs and errands.

If I were Porsche, I would get rid of the Sport Turismos ASAP.

And I actually think they won't have a successor.

Woah that looks so good. I would still take this car over any other car in the segment, W223 included.

Yeah lot’s of gas. My stomach still hurts, and I feel like I’ve been to Six Flags.

Very, very impressive. Almost unbelievable what they can make these days. Then again, it costed 300k here in NL. Which is just crazy.

Well I wasn’t expecting it to be this lively, sporty and solid overall. It really did feel like a giant 911 in some ways, which obviously is a good thing. And then there’s all the high tech, ample space, four doors, double sunroof, amazing fit and finish and a V8 that pulls like a BEV yet sounds mechanical and amazing from within the cabin. Gearbox smooth and very fast, Burmester sound spot on, grip and traction in every situation, mad brakes....

From what I understand the facelift is even better.

The back of the pre-facelift looks better tho, sleeker.

Tell us more about it, what impressed you the most?

I forgot the add the only negative; I found the seats non supportive, and the car was throwing me around in the seat. Maybe I'm too thin or maybe these are not the sport seats or something. They were really comfortable when driving normally though.

I would have no doubts if I were in the market for a car in the segment.

It really is in it's own segment I suppose, if you don't count price as a segment. It really can't be compared to a 7er or S class imo.
