Btw: Is there some insight, why the 765LT never showed up in the sport auto supertest? Same like the Senna? McLaren doesn't like this format?

You've asked an extremely pertinent question. I've been asking since 2021. There's to my knowledge never been an instrumented test- independent by anyone anywhere.

But there were 1/2 mile events etc and some owners did Dragy runs verified. So we know she's shockingly quick.

I read and agree perhaps she was nearing P1 levels so Mclaren possibly decided to skip it because they knew.

Autocar however did test the Mclaren Senna mind, so it doesn't compute.

Gebhardt declared that the car had problems with putting down power aka too much oversteer out of corners, hence the bad laptime. For comparison 720S with track pack did 1:45,5 laptime.

Apologies your right. I've got and always have had 0-300km/h on the brain. I meant acceleration testing.

As for the 765LT lap now you mentioned Mclaren distanced themselves from it, I believe. Set up etc.

We have seen in several tests that 765LT is barely quicker around a lap than 720s
