What's up with that 7er, I'm pretty sure it's not a B7, has it just got a bodykit and alpina rims?

BTW, a couple of weeks ago when I was driving to school, I was following a Porsche Boxster S and that was following a 911 Turbo. We were all going at the same speed, and as we left my Village, they both floored it, and so did I!

So the 911 went off into the distance, as you'd expect, and the boxster was quite away behind it. Although once I got up to speed I was keeping up with them. Annoying it wasn't long before we catched up with some much slower cars which sucked! Great experience though.

This is before or after you crashed the Golf??

I couldn't resist...

Seriously speaking, how much is the cost, in total? I want to compare the costs of fixing a damage like this on a Golf vs on a Renault...

No, this was before the crash!!

Well, things that needed fixing, were new wheel arch covers, new lower bumper, new grills that fit in the bumper and an engine undercover, which all came to £260 as they had to be all proper VW parts. Other things they found where the a/c compressor was ruined, £450 to fix, and the radiators were ruined, bringing the total cost to £1200!! I think my parents are going to pay for everything, but I feel annoyed that with that money, I could buy myself my own car. Sure, I get to used to golf everyday, I'm basically the only driver now, but it's not mine, if it was I'd change stuff like the rims. BTW, the car went into the garage on Monday, and should be ready today!

Hmm, 1200 isn't cheap... The same damage costed 2000eur to my father two years ago... The car was a Renault Laguna...

I have mixed feeling about it, this black one in the picture above looked nice, but I saw a blue one @ the Montreal car show and hate it back then (back in January)... so I don't know if its the colour that made the difference, or did I start to like it over time!? :t-hands:
