The Porsche Panamera is a mid to full-sized luxury car (E-segment or F-segment for LWB in Europe) manufactured and marketed by Porsche. The Panamera name, as with the Carrera name, is derived from the Carrera Panamericana race.

Ive calmed down somewhat.. this right here is something special.. belive me when you see it from different angles, it will be so low and wide, just look at those hips.. the front is even more perfect now, i really liked the front of the old one.
Profile is like day and night, so is the rear..
Now all i want to see is the interior, i see alot of gran turismo and mission E in this car.

As a pre-teen child I began my love affair with cars. I even studied mechanical engineering and built and raced formula SAE cars during my college days in anticipation of one day designing cars. I used to be able to quote specs of every interesting European car, in particular the German ones, published in Car and Driver, and then later on Automobile Magazine, when David E. Davis Jr.(sic?) started that publication. Lately I've become much less of a 'dreamer' in terms of what I intend to posses. I've become less 'capitalist' or acquisitive in my old age, or perhaps I haven't worked hard enough to afford the 570gt that I secretly lust for, or the second generation Bentley Continental which I have a feeling will knock it out of the park. I used to sketch pictures of a four door 911, and I'd be lying if I said my sketches looked anything like this beautiful Panamera, but by God does this car get the juices flowing again. I ride, and am in the process of modifying a BMW K75 for my purposes, and look forward to finding the right manual Z4 3.0 coupe to modify. Practically this Panamera doesn't fit into my plans in any conceivable way, but I find myself fighting to make some excuse for it.
The light colored interior is a bit fussy, lines at odd angles everywhere, and the...nope, can't find another single fault with it. I hope and pray the reveal proves me wrong, and I can find some more flaws. Where the hell am I going to find $100K?!

Marley, if you, me, and some other GCFers want to plan a casino heist, I am down. I, too, lack the funds to purchase a 991 GT3 (Excalibur!). We'll call it "Ocean's 14: Where's the Ocean?" It'll be a rollicking, if not derivative, good time!
As far as being less acquisitive as we get older, I sympathize. I guess when you're younger anything is possible. But as you get older, either other responsibilities come to head or reality just sets you straight.

2017 Porsche Panamera Turbo hits Goodwood Hillclimb, driven by Patrick Dempsey
Over the last few years, we've seen more that one attempt to tease an upcoming go-fast machine that has become ridiculous, but the introduction of the 2017 Porsche Panamera is quite the opposite.
While Zuffenhausen did deliver the usual video teasers, which don't mean too much nowadays, the Germans also allowed for a fully naked Panamera Turbo S to "leak" online. As a result, we could see the new instrument cluster, the engine compartment, and the rear seats, along with the obvious exterior shots.
Oh, and let's not forget the almost-uncovered second-generation Panamera that was deployed in traffic, which was obviously caught on camera.
Well, the Panamera has also made its driving debut earlier today, with the front-engined Porsche showing up at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Porsche has already announced us the Panamera will set a new record - given the fact that the automaker mentioned the four-door is as quick as the Carrera GT on the 'Ring, this didn't exactly come as a surprise.
However, with the carmaker waiting to deliver the big number news, Patrick Dempsey, who drove the machine on the Hillclimb, didn't hoon the Porsche on the 1.12-mile course.
Even so, the photo gallery below shows the Panamera, a Turbo model, gracefully displaying its shiny radiators on the British tarmac. Speaking of which, the new twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 delivers 550 hp and 567 lb-ft (769 Nm) when the Turbo badge is applied.
And while the Goodwood car had its light clusters and rear badging covered, there's not much left to do but wait for June 28th, when the official unveiling is scheduled.
P.S.: We've also added a video of the Porsche Panamera Turbo's run, but you'll have to deal with what looks like a piece of Goodwood screen action being filmed with a smartphone.
