The Renault Captur is a series of subcompact crossover SUVs manufactured by Renault. The production version of the first one, based on the B platform, made its debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and started to be marketed in France during April 2013.

The Scénic comes with tall and narrow 20" as standard. Doesn't seem to be the case here, so probably an option, but anyway the evolution is towards ever bigger wheels which is a designer's dream come true
