I see the Gallardo steering still remains. Are the engines and transmissions still being sourced from Audi (VAG)?

Spyker B6 Venator Spyder announced

Corporate earnings reports tend to be a little dry, but occasionally they include some information about a previously unannounced product. Case in point, Spyker's report has confirmed plans for a convertible version of the B6 Venator.

Set to be called the B6 Venator Spyder, the roadster will be based on the coupe that was recently introduced at the Geneva Motor Show. This likely means it will feature a carbon fiber body, a lightweight aluminum chassis and a mid-mounted V6 engine that develops more than 375 HP (276 kW). Little else is known about the model but Spyker intends to launch the convertible later this year.

Spyker also confirmed this year's run of the C8 Aileron has already sold out. The company also said they are focused on developing the production version of the D8 Peking-to-Paris.
