SUBARU will exhibit at the Japan Mobility Show 2025 (Press Days: October 29–30, 2025 / Public Days: October 31–November 9).

The exhibit concept for this year is "Highlighting the Brand."

Based on the philosophy of "Human-centered Monozukuri (craftsmanship)," SUBARU has consistently offered "Enjoyment and Peace of Mind" as an enduring value, continuously refining its technology and products while staying close to its customers.

To ensure SUBARU remains a "Different" presence for its customers going forward, the company will deepen its connection and rapport with them by accentuating two core themes, both founded on "Enjoyment and Peace of Mind": the Performance scene, which expresses the joy of driving, and the Adventure scene, which conveys the excitement of embarking on an exploration.

In the area creating the Performance scene within the booth, SUBARU will showcase two globally-premiering "STI" concept models. In the area dedicated to the Adventure scene, distinctive models like the "Wilderness" series will be exhibited, demonstrating the appeal of the SUBARU brand.

The press conference will be held on October 29 at 12:30 PM at the SUBARU booth (Tokyo Big Sight, East Exhibition Hall, East 5 Hall). It will feature a presentation by President and CEO, Atsushi Osaki, and will be streamed live on SUBARU On-Tube.

Performance-E STI Concept

This is a battery electric vehicle (BEV)-based concept model that expresses the future of the Performance scene, leading SUBARU's new generation.

It features an exciting proportion that evokes exhilaration, seamlessly blending high aerodynamic performance and practicality with a design that also recalls heritage. It realizes an easy-to-drive layout and a comfortable, open interior space. Furthermore, by adopting various innovative technologies, this model proposes an emotional driving experience that allows the driver to control the vehicle exactly as intended.

Performance-B STI concept

This is an internal combustion engine (ICE)-based concept model that symbolizes SUBARU's Performance scene.

It features a design that achieves a balance between high performance, power, and practicality. Furthermore, by flexibly arranging core SUBARU assets such as the horizontally-opposed turbo engine and Symmetrical AWD, which the company has continuously refined, this model expands SUBARU's range of options and proposes the enjoyment of driving to a wider range of customers.

Subaru Unveils Two STI Concept Models at Japan Mobility Show 2025

Tokyo, October 29, 2025 - Subaru Corporation today opened its exhibition at the Japan Mobility Show 2025 (press days: October 29-30, public days: October 31-November 9), unveiling its booth and exhibits that embody the world of Subaru, including the world premiere of two STI concept models and the Japan premiere of the Trailseeker prototype.

The exhibition concept is “Driving the Subaru Difference.” Guided by our philosophy of human-centered manufacturing, Subaru has long been committed to continuously refining our technologies and products to deliver “Enjoyment and Peace of Mind,” always staying close to our customers’ lives. To continue being a “Different” brand for our customers, Subaru will further build on this foundation of “Enjoyment and Peace of Mind” to elevate two experiential worlds: the Performance Scene, which expresses the enjoyment of driving, and the Adventure Scene, which conveys the exhilaration of embarking on an adventure. Through these two worlds, we aim to deepen the bonds and emotional connection with our customers.

Subaru has unveiled two concept models, the Performance-E STI concept and Performance-B STI concept in the area showcasing the Performance Scene. The area showcasing the Adventure Scene features the Forester Wilderness prototype and the Outback Wilderness prototype, along with theTrailseeker prototype (Japanese model), making its Japan debut.

Performance-E STI concept

A battery electric vehicle (BEV) concept model that represents the future of the Performance Scene, spearheading Subaru’s new generation. Combines thrilling aesthetic proportions with outstanding aerodynamics and practicality, with a design that evokes the brand’s heritage while providing a driver-friendly layout and a comfortable, spacious interior. By incorporating various innovative technologies, this concept model offers intuitive, exhilarating driving experiences.

Performance-B STI concept

A concept model representing Subaru’s Performance Scene, with an internal combustion engine (ICE) base. The design achieves a balance of advanced performance and power with practicality. By flexibly incorporating the assets Subaru has honed over many years, including a horizontally-opposed engine and Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, this model expands the range of options that deliver the Subaru difference, offering more customers the chance to experience the joy of driving.
