This is why American magazines are "so fast"

My quick explanation. :)

Didn't the Veyron or the Veyron SS ever do better than 2,7s? I remember the their 0-100 times were claimed to be 2,5s. 2,45s even.
Their claimed figures are 2,4 and 2,5 sec. The best "real" 0-100 kph time is 2,7 s for the SS (AMuS) and 2,84 s for the Veyron (Autocar/AutoBild Sportscars). Without rollout none of the US-magazine numbers are better than these figures... what a surprise. :D

Very useful data DeDe!
But I wonder why Quattroruote times (sometimes) are so fast either?? Maybe they use Roll-Out Tricks like Americans!! :D

Does 1 foot roll out mean that the stopwatch only begins once the cars are already in motion, having passed 1 foot?

Thanks!
Quattroruote is on the same level as AutoBild SC and AutoZeitung - the differences are between the testcars, definitely. :)

It is interesting that Autobild Sportscars achieved 10.7 s for Aventador in Quarter Mile (Without Roll-Out) but Car and Driver Achieved 10.9 s (Even with Roll-Out)
Are Germans more Professional?!!

No, different testcars/conditions. Thrust mode is thrust mode, no matter if the driver is European or not.

Btw. Sportcars' best is 10,60 s :D
