I don't buy into the "British Rags bad" whining that goes on here usually. But this, IMO, is an example of shitty journalism. Why turn off TC and other aids on one car alone (especially if one is not capable of driving it cleanly - which someone with Sutcliff's skills surely is) and then go sliding on a timed lap? All just to get "new Civic beats M3" headline? I think so.

Having said that, the Type R is bloody impressive. Wish it was available here, though my days of winged hatches are long gone.


ps. Or maybe this M3 didn't have adjustable dampers...
