:t-cheers:

I have not found any pictures of the nav screen, which is supposed to be slightly different as well...please post them here...[thanks Ree!!!]

Also new engines for the cabrio:

118d: 4,9 liter diesel per 100 kilometer, CO2 129 gram per kilometer
123d: 7.5 sec 0-100 km/h

...thats sad, it really looks as if they have dismissed the pop up screen - i really liked it, it was a little bit of sci-fi everytime you press the start button...

So no pop-up screen now?

I'm very happy with this. The old system looks much cheaper. This new one is nicely integrated. Very good, because I hate pop up screens :D

Aren't there more interior pics???

Two more photos!! Looks much more elegant and more like a quality product now!! Adds a lot to the interior in my opinion…but I wouldn't go for the nav-screen!! I love the composed interior design without any monitor.

That's awesome Ree, nice find!!
Interior looks much better now. Great update :bowdown:

The improvement is pretty big:

I agree - screen is nicer obviously, but it doesn't look like it fits properly in with the interior... but I'll reserve final judgement till I see the real thing.

Actually the exterior of the CLC is not that bad. It's ok. The interior is the bid proble. Other than that, the new 1er interior looks just awesome :D

^ yeah i meant the interior of the CLC,i actually like the exterior but i'd never buy that car:D

Now thats hot! Im glad they got rid of the pop up screen. It wasnt even thin. Just a large, thick peice of plastic that popped up. Hell...they could have atleast made it flush. Kudos to BMW for axing it. :usa7uh:

It's still pop up right? Just that it pops up in a nicer way and looks much more integrated. But honestly, the 1series has gone a long way from the initial version, people were complainning for its sub-japanese quality and materials.

It appears as though the screen might "roll over" to contour with the dash.

Either way, the display appears to be a vast improvement over the old one - which looked on par with a BestBuy aftermarket job.
