Eternally fervent fans of the BMW brand may accuse me of sacrilege and forever banish me to the ranks of the infidels.
You are new here. Here is a small piece of advice : avoid the BMW dogs chihuahuas. Just ignore them .
Never ever EVER argue with any , because when they ran out of arguments , they start to insult . Pretty basic stuff....

So , let them bark...
Looks dated.
Why is that?

Ok , the interior is meh , but the design language , while is conservative , is pretty nice . Bold.

Way better than Mythos. At least it has actual different panels on the outside, different tail lights and headlights....

So , let them bark...
Appreciate the well intended advice. I've long ceased letting myself become baited or offended on online discussion forums in general. The great majority of contributors operate under pseudonyms, refrain from divulging identities via video/photo images and hence a significant degree of anonymity is maintained. Website proprietors and at least the more conscientious of moderators, especially those who are digital tech savvy and possess at least a minimal understanding of matters that can lead to legal consequences (although libelous actions, regardless of whether direct perpetrators or accessories are difficult if not impossible to be held responsible on an anonymity, confidentiality ensuring forum), will make all efforts to ensure that confidentialiy and the anonymity of contributing members is honoured. So fingers typing on a keyboard or screen that are attached to an anonymous, faceless person do not offend me. At all. And the choice is mine to engage, have a chuckle, distance myself from people attempting to repeatedly toss me tainted bones in hopes that I'll respond like some goofy pitbull terrier puppy or simply eventually get bored and cease to acknowledge their existence. And they'll eventually get bored as well. Simply healthier for all involved. Admittedly, it took me a while to fully comprehend this. But as said, thankyou for your concern. Cheers.

I think I should apologize for my lengthly droning. But I suspect that one catches my drift.

Could the front end preview a FL for the 8er?

M

Definitely not.
The current 6er might still get some sort of special M8 version (I don't even think that will happen), but for the rest it's going to die a quiet death.
It did ok, not great.

Still on sale here. Unless you mean it’s not getting a replacement?

M

I don't exactly keep up to date with what is and what is not coming, but from what I now understand the 8er GC is going to be replaced by an EV version and there are no plans for a new coupe and cabriolet.........much like how MB stropped producing the CL/S coupe.
We all know the big luxury coupes are out of fashion, people want crossover SUVs now.

This car has all the class that current G series BMWs lack of.

Agreed! While it is sort of old school design compared to the NK language, it's just gorgeous and bespoke looking. I like it more and more every time I see it.
