The ride is surprisingly good on the 19s with sports suspension. My S4 and M3 had harsher rides on 19s.

so, how is it?

The good:
The steering, gearbox and suspension are all very smooth
The Harmon Kardon sound system is impressive
The interior is much more spacious than previous 3ers, there is plenty of rear legroom

The bad:
The seats aren't that comfortable
The interior is a bit plasticky

I'll tell you about the handling / performance once the engine has a few more miles on it and I have driven it at its limit.

I have the leather sport seats with electric adjustment. There are no better seat options for the 3 series than that. The optional comfort seats on the 5 series are much better.

SOLD this car today!

Only owned it for 6 months and 5000 miles but proved what I knew all along, the 335i is not as good as the S4. Bring on the M5...

ACE, are you going to tell the group or will I that we are sharing the M5 between us because we've order our cars in the same identical spec. LOL

Couldn't agree more about the S4 being this good, it's probably the one car which both my wife and myself still miss out of the long list through the years.
