Of the "3 usual German suspects", I've traditionally leaned towards Audi as well as BMW. Not that I dislike Mercedes-Benz, mind you. That's not at all the case. However, a large part of my "automotive experience" lies in the aspects of design and architecture. "Gaze Worthiness" is, for me, a very important element contributing to the pride of ownership. I personally find that (with exceptions...C257 CLS-AMG53 or nicely-spec'd C/A205s' for example, both of which I find stunning) more common pertaining to "The Bavarians". All three of the German premium brands (note that I do not mention Porsche-which I perceive to be situated on a higher plateau) offer formidable tech as well as impressive assembly and material quality. My preferences are usually anchored in subjectivity when it comes to cars.

Why does that matter? That you can't process that people can actually desire more than one brand makes me believe you're a child and that you shouldn't even be here with your clueless fanboy rants.

To be honest I do favour Mercedes in most instances, but I have a love for BMW cars as well as my family owned both brands when I was growing up and plus I actually owned a BMW E90 3 series myself for almost 10 years. I am a big fan of other brands also such as VW (I have owned 4xVW's over the years) and Porsche, Alfa, Maserati and Lamborghini especially the older models.

I think the current 5 is the MOST disappointing car BMW makes, made only slightly less boring with this very COMPREHENSIVE (and very definitely needed) facelift. This 5 series was IMHO barely an improvement on the F10. The W213, on the other hand, was a massive jump from the W212, requiring a minor facelift.
And dude, you worship BMW, so don't pick on Rolf! I am similar to him, I love both brands, with a slight preference for Mercedes.

That's on point, A7 first gen is easily the best looking Audi ever made, in fact its one of the most attractive sedans ever made to my eyes. Only if the interior was not extensively outdated, I would have picked one over the E class W213.
Sad that I don't see the same attraction towards the new A7.

Indeed, the series I Audi A/S/RS7 and the F06 BMW 6er/M6 GC are far on top on my personal list of the most eye-pleasing 4 door cars ever. They join Jaguars' series I and II XJs' and M-Bs' C219 as well as C257 CLS'. And I very eagerly await Audi Sports' upcoming production eTron GT, which just may turn out to be simply epic.

I agree with everything you said about the interior's deficit and the exterior's attributes regarding the first gen A7. The only thing I'd amend about your's and Jimmy's declaration is that it's the "best looking 4-DOOR Audi." Some of the 2-door Audis are lookers: original TT, 1st and 2nd gen R8, the original Quattro. Among the 4-doors, I think the B5 S4 is a close second.
