Absolutely agree - you never have asked for my involvement and protection - I did so simply of my own volition. If you can handle the heat and as long as this does not deteriorate to the point that the quality of the forum is compromised then I will stay out of your affairs.

I swear Mercedes boys are really angry people and take everything personally instead of having constructive arguments on why you disapprove you would rather throw insults and attack the poster and not the opinion.

How can you expect anybody to take your "opinions" seriously when you're so BMW-centric? Tone down your BMW rhetoric and people will not react to you in a negative way. And no, occasionally dropping in the odd comment that you don't like a particular design element on a BMW doesn't throw anybody off the scent.

@CrunchSlaughtered have you also considered the E90 interior without iDrive? My car comes without iDrive and it's a pretty classic and clean BMW interior. And I still like it.

I rank it in the negative department, because of the high hopes that I had for it after the E46, and yes without iDrive it is better looking, but still this and the E87 interior could be much better.

The secret sauce of the E90 interior. That second hump for the iDrive screen look bad and, 10+ years after, that iDrive is ancient. You can just use you phone as nav and media center.

The interior has a true classic BMW vibe with those radio controls
