i kinda like it ,it reminds me of the 2014 S class screen layout

Yeah, not bad. Shame they didn't change the door cards though. The design is still good looking but this is going to look its age next to the new X5.
Yeah this is very good actually. Well done.
In what way? They look clean, premium and fit the theme. The color scheme with the black top/bottom and light middle blends really well with the black upper dash and footwells too.

If they were smart they'd pull out and focus on Europe and America and make products geared towards them as they can still be super competitive there.
But they are too greedy
This is just for two years tho right? All new models coming in 2028? These can’t go on any longer than that.Agreed. They should have done more and better for the GLE and GLS considering their volumes.

Making cars true to your core value is not giving up. If anything, it is the opposite. And if a certain demography doesn't like what your product stands for, so be it. I find compromising your core values to pander to a market far more pathetic.Giving up is kind of pathetic honestly.

Making cars true to your core values as business won't automatically fail in China then, will they. Because they'll still be desirable.Making cars true to your core value is not giving up. That's my point. Giving up an entire market is just a bit pathetic. At least in my opinion.
If you make cars that are desirable to own, then the sales will come.I'll tell you my opinion based on what I see here (which also might mean nothing) .
I'm based in Xi'An. I haven't seen to many new Mercedes's S Class, and maybe just a handful of the new BMW 7 series. The most I see are the I5 G60 from the German brands and lots G30s and W213s.
In the last year, the Chinese brands have managed to capture very well the S Class and 7 series market.
The market which is still left "empty" is the Rolls Royce/Maybach/Bentley market which I believe it will not be affected, at least not for RR which used with low quantity sales at that price level.
On the other side, just selling Maybach, won't be of any help for Mercedes.
The Tesla cabin is already oldYeah, not bad. Shame they didn't change the door cards though. The design is still good looking but this is going to look its age next to the new X5.
