Fugly as hell. AND auto only... Although I love the idea of this car, this iteration is an epic fail from my POV

Torque converter auto is one thing (surely a manual is the more visceral choice?) but one thing stands out for me - literally...
WTF is up with those horrible wheel arch barge boards?!? People will laugh at you FFS.

I think if they were in propper carbon fiber weave they would look ok, but this is the nasty carbon fibre that the I3 uses which just looks like plastic.

Those wheel arches are a success and in CFRP, great effort to bring them from the concept and make them a reality, the complete car is a winner

Is it really that bad? I think it will be a hoot to drive like the Type R. Slush box isn't ideal but I am OK with that if the shift speed is decent.

I thought it was the year :D, it turns out that it is the limited serial number "0001" of "3000", interesting

F'ing LOL
You can't make this shit up.

Fugly as hell. AND auto only...

It's the ZF 8 speed no? So in other words, you wouldn't be able to tell whether it's DCT or auto, except for the smoothness of it all...
But yeah, should have had a manual too.

I think it looks insane. Less millennial than the current MINI line-up.
It has that aura and special appeal which MINI delivered in spades until the dark times of the twenty-teens and the new MINI Countryman:eek:
Would I buy one?
Definitely. I know someone in the U.K. Who has the previous generations in his garage and yes he has ordered one.

Its CFRP in its rawest form. Still as effective although not finished to a polished standard.

As it was seen in the M next, they are presenting this variant of CFRP as an option to the normal one, there must also be a topic of lower costs with the recycled one, remembering that it is only a MiNi, that also had to influence.
It's different, it doesn't bother me, I prefer it so they can't put anything because of its high cost.

MINI

Mini (stylized as MINI) is a British automotive brand founded in 1969, owned by German BMW since 2000, and used by them for a range of small cars assembled in the United Kingdom, Austria, and the Netherlands. The word Mini has been used in car model names since 1959, and in 1969 it became a brand in its own right when the name "Mini" replaced the separate "Austin Mini" and "Morris Mini" car model names.
