4C [Official] Alfa Romeo 4C official

The Alfa Romeo 4C (Type 960) is a mid-engined sports car that was produced Alfa Romeo. Unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, the 4C was initially only available as a coupé, with a spider body style coming a few years later in 2015. The name 4C refers to its straight-four engine.
How many turns from lock to lock in your 4C?

Giannis,

I'm sorry but I really don't know how I could mess up so badly counting such a simple thing like steering wheel turns from lock to lock... it's stupid really!:t-crazy2:

But only recently while fully turning very slowly I've noticed that it's just one turn and a half (1.5). This is the definite answer.

I feel embarrassed!:shy:

Because the average chinese is already small in stature, they like their cars big and bulky... hence, the success of Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Porsche (Cayenne's and Panamera's, mostly)!

:D

OTOH, germans seem to like the little 4C... good to know!

It is their mentality, the bigger the car, the safer it is in an accident. I am always amazed by tiny girls who can barely see over the steering wheel.

Or with a wrist watch that barely fits the wrist of the average person... I don't think they all are myopic! :D

You certainly see where I coming from... don't you?!

Interesting.

A quick google search reveals that the number is 2.7!

Giannis,

You can always choose for not trusting me! :)

But, don't you find strange that it would take more turns from lock to lock on a 4C than on a Giulia Quadrifoglio?

PS: Just to be sure, by 'turn' you mean a complete 360 degree of steering wheel rotation, right?

It's not a matter of trust. It's just bizarre.

No, because the 4C's is unassisted, which is not the case with any Giulia model.

PS: Just to be sure, by 'turn' you mean a complete 360 degree of steering wheel rotation, right?

Exactly.

And by how many turns from lock to lock, I mean how many 360 degree cycles you measure from full steering lock to the left to full steering lock to the right.

:)

Maybe it's due to the fact of the steering wheel is not round...:D

Even I had difficulty to find such a basic thing... bizarre, it's the right word indeed!

I would say that it's a bit pointless to have an unassisted steering and then make it slower than an assisted one, on a much bigger car, for such a focused, lightweight, little car.

But, I will check it again just for the peace of mind.

Is it possible to have the Coupe with the Spider's headlights? If so, what you come up with is the single most beautiful car design on sale today. PERIOD
