The M5 biggest problem is its looks and its weight. This is where in my opinion the RS6 has it nailed. The RS6 is a better allrounder, but it would be interesting to see the comparison between the RS6 and M5 Touring.

Looks are subjective and the weight is no problem in literally any review I've seen.
There is also absolutely no way the RS6 is a better allrounder, if only for the lack of an EV drivetrain. What makes you say an RS6 is a better allrounder than an M5 Touring?

Lol a no brainer place to drive the car without worrying about having to blurr the instrument cluster to disguise speed.

The present RS6 uses the front from the A7/RS7 in the same as the BMW M3/M4 done from E92 to the present G80/1/2/3. Looks like this generation keeps the standard A6.
