Disregard the above post..i was to fast:D..

Same output i guess...to bad:(

How much havier is it than the M5..??

PS

When it comes to looks its very amazingly nice looking from the front..probably my new Fav BMW front..
The rear is abit undramatic for a M car..
oh and the steering wheel looks kick ass.. :)

F*ck yeah! Love it! Perfect! Fabulous! Sexy! et.c et.c. Bit disappointed about 560hp but who cares, those ~40 more horses won't be missed anyway and even if they were there, no-one would notice the difference.
Anyway, this thing is hot, even starting to like that steering wheel I didn't like in the dreier :)

Heavier? What are you talking about? The coupe is lighter, and the cabrio is heavier.
And the same engine as M5?? Like i matters? It will go below 4.0 seconds in some tests, I can already give you that. Audi fanboys think the TT RS Plus is fast.....and I think this is fast :D :D

Back on topic: sickest BMW I have ever seen (the coupe). And Scott sort of redeemed too, as I see his 1M hints.

...and finally the M ceramic brakes.....with golden calipars no less!!!

Optional M carbon-ceramic brakes reduce weight by 19.4 kg (42.8 lb) and increase fade resistance - calipers gold-colored

Makes an already great looking car just a little bit better. The rear is indeed a bit uneventful for an "M", though.

I think I have my "Ultimate BMW" (Coupe version). :)

What's with that roof, btw?

Do I see a M6 badge on Kidney grill?

Sadly yes. Pretty much the only 'silly' thing, but rooted in history (though probably easy to order without at no cost)

And before people start about it being an Audi S/RS thing (badge on the grille), this is what BMW did before Audi S/RS even existed:

Artist..you're a good pic hunter!! Go find more go go go

Oh nice..its lighter than the M5..i thought it was the other way around:), when it comes to the engine..ofcourse its the SAME engine..but i thought some extra HP could be nice to put it above the M5.. but who cares its still fast as a cat on fire..

New pictures make it looks freaking stellar..i love this shot below.. one of the best looking BMW's in a damn long time..
Seats look yummy to..

Oh and Coupe for me all day everyday..the Cabrio i do not care for..

Just one thing bothers me..and thats that to bland rear for a M car..but other than that..lovely!!

Oh and kidney grill badge is so damn RIGHT:)

lol at the people saying the rear looks bland, look at the pics I just posted above, it is anything but bland.

Also, aren't those wheels identical to the M-Sport wheels you can get on 528i's and such with M-Pack?

Regardless, I actually like the little M6 badge in the front (They surely did this as they were trying to find cost-effective ways for this to stand out from the regular models), the roof looks like it'll be AWESOME, and I'm afraid to ask what this beast will cost, but if money were no object, there would be one in my garage, no doubt. Even though I'd be standing there scratching my head all day long wondering WTF I'm supposed to do with all that HP. I guess if money ain't an object? :D

How do you make a sexy car sexier? You tell M to do their thing. I LOVE IT! Also are those REAL CF Inlays I see!? FINALLY!!!!

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany. Official website: BMW M
