Cadillac Escalade [Official] Cadillac Escalade

The Cadillac Escalade is a full-size luxury SUV manufactured by General Motors and marketed by their luxury division Cadillac. It was the luxury brand's first major entry into the SUV market. The Escalade was introduced for the 1999 model year in response to an influx of new luxury SUVs in the late 1990s such as the Mercedes-Benz M-Class, Range Rover, Lexus LX, and (especially) Ford's 1998 debut of the Lincoln Navigator.

Cadillac's dash looks better than the navigator's/x7/gls taken all together lol

The only thing I don't like is its gear shifter. Buttons ala Corvette C8 would have been better.

Not really so far, imo.

It’s the nicest interior GM ha...

Probably Genesis is very close to Bmw.
But this is the best looking inside,no doubt.
It looks classy and modern at the same time. Gls looks like a whore house inside lol
As for the x7. It's very boring and conservative. My father bought it. And im not impressed. Gls is much better inside.

Anyway it's a question of taste. Some prefer mb some this. All I wanna say is that this is a world class interior.

I'm not sure how you can say this looks like a whore house.

That being said, I think the Escalade interior is great. For me, the final big test for the interior will be how it feels in the 2nd and 3rd row. In my previous experience, you can barely tell the difference between an Escalade and a Tahoe in terms of plastics once you move past the 1st row. The Navigator suffers from this as well.

Interior (y)(y)

Exterior (n):poop:

Regarding the GLS/GLE looking like the interior of a brothel, I would not be able to attest to that :angelic:. If that's what a prostitution den looks like, I'd imagine it'd benefit from having real vents rather than fake ones.

I see the rotary dial, but is it also a touchscreen? That'd be the best of both worlds. Also, I do like the old-school "Cadillac" script on the corner on the chrome bezel of the screen, classy touch.

The physical Hvac controls and their separate screen get a big thumbs up from me. Few cars will have an equivalent over the coming years.

So, yes, it is also a touchscreen.

I am trying to imagine this cockpit in a CT6. That would made for an impressive effort by Cadillac. And I'll concede that, save for some of the black buttons, that John Galt's assertion that it's close to the current S-class isn't at all off-base. Whatever happened to that guy......... ....... ...... ;)

But seriously, that interior looks really good. Need to see how 2nd and 3rd are outfitted though.
