Cornering Kingpin
I'm not even going to watch the video, because you know that the answer to your question is NO! Btw, this is the thread for Audi A8, not the R8.
My mistake. It's gone.

I don't think so it's a A8.

Are there any A8 drivers on GCF who are willing to share longterm owner experiences?
Thanks in advance.
Well, it’s the GermanCF and the A8 is still a German car.Better to go to some VAG forum for that. Why do you want to know BTW?
Just sat in a brand new A8 of a friend of mine. What a very nice car to sit in! Everything you touch, feels good. The buttons, the leather, the alcantara rooflining, the door opener, the indicator stalks, gear selector, window opener buttons, really everything.
An S class is objectively, as a whole, the better car, but… what an extreme nice interior to be in. It touches your heart, well, it did mine.
It’s drive wasn’t bad either (S8).
It has aged well, indeed. Realizing the A8 was introduced in july 2017, it truly holds grounds against the competition. The D5 A8 appears to have aged incredibly well. IMHO, it remains a plausible alternative to the ICE versions of the BMW 7 series and the W223 M-B S-Class. What interests me is if, how and with what Audi will follow up the D5. The Grandsphere concept of some 3 years ago may be and hopefully be a relatively accurate precursor to a future D6. That would be truly "grand". But much appears to be in a bit of upheaval in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm, hence leaving it a bit difficult for anybody other than genuine insiders to predict just what new products Audi may have in store.
I didn't know that Audi already launched the Horch version of the A8, I heard about it before but didn't notice its launch. The exterior changes to the basic A8 almost mimic what changes Maybach has done to the S-class especially the 2 tone paint and the large-sized mono block wheels as well as the extra chrome on the grill. It looks quite good on the exterior, but the interior looks a little disappointing in that its not much different to the standard A8. I think the Horch seat pillows dont look expensive and the headrests seem to be missing some soft pillows.
Yeah. It's not really a blockbuster aspirational product. I wonder whether VAG saloons like these are still popular in China.I think it looks just as bland, invisible, and unimpressive as the day it debuted. So sure, at least it's been consistent.
