Is it coming to North America?

I'm with you all the way. Petty, as in Tom Petty - I won't back down. It's nice enough but it ain't no Defender.I like it, just not a fan of it being labeled a Defender. Petty, I know.
Wow. There is so much to take in. Even if I don’t go off road I would like one with the explorer pack.
Is it even coming with the new JLR I6?

Bigger - more like a jump from 930 to 992.Nope. The difference between the old and new one is like a jump from a 993 to a 992.
Well of course and that depends on who's buying. The inverse holds true too - less than 10% buyers of the old Defender won't be remotely interested in this new version.Probably less than 10% of buyers of the new one will be interested in buying the old one.
Ground clearance supposedly goes to 291mm which is huge - I'm betting it has air suspension to get that kind of clearance and wheel articulation out of that chassis.Looking at the ground clearance of the new one makes me think that it should be called Land Crawler (maybe it has air suspension with adjustable height but still..)
