Watched a few Youtube videos and ordered a Car Door Trim Panel Tools from Amazon. (Used the same tools for the sidemirrors.) But I only had to remove the grey part around the foglights. Its just plastic but its fragile so you need to be careful. But if they get broken I can always order new ones from here

Thank god Ford is big in UK, lots of mods to get from UK. But delivery is a pain, two weeks delivery.

Red ST logo is now Nitrious blue (same color as Focus RS). Its gel inlays so it was a quick change.

I presume the inlays are gel because it's easier to remove than stickers.
