It’ll be interesting to see the stats. Not going to hold my breath given this isn’t a full fledged EV effort.

Yeah its a stop probably till about 2025 or 2026 when we have a full fledged EQA...they should have done a hatch version of the A electric as the A is very popular car..

Hopefully they learnt from the negatives of the EQC and improved this EQA if they do a good range and price it can be a good seller for Mercedes .

AMuS is reporting a range slightly above 420 km according to the WLTP standard and a price tag of about 47.000€ in Germany before incentives. Looks like a heatpump, satnav and automatic distance control are always included.

The biggest problem with these EQ design is the front appears too soft and bland.

450 km would be a very good range for thus car IMO..

I think price will play a big role ..hope they made positive strides with this EQA.

Agree, and I had the same impression, but once I saw the EQC in real life - and it was a standard non AMG design one - it didn’t look bland at all. Even that fugly plastic grill looked quite good and the headlights less “friendly”than I expected. On the other hand I always liked the E Tron from Audi on pictures, but once I saw it in the flesh it gave a very cheap impression.

I agree. The grille on the EQC is not photogenic but is tolerable in person.

AMS reckon the price will be about €48K but with environmental discounts of about €9500 then price could be about €40k or less. That is really good value as a GLA200 petrol with 120kw costs €39950 and a GLA220d (140kw diesel) and GLA250 petrol (165kw petrol) both cost €42500. So Mercedes have priced the EQA well in my opinion
