Hot! Tesla Master Plan Pt.2 (The Next 10 Years)

I get that people like their Teslas, and while Musk has always been a total prick, a liar and a grifter, I can tolerate people thinking a Model Y (for instance) is a great car, but I really do have nothing but utter contempt for people that defend him, or praise him, as a person.

I only see the mainstream headlines in my Google News feed, and I never see anything like this.

Like I said, I had no idea it was this bad. Not that I was a big fan to begin with, but still....

I cannot have a clear idea of what exactly Elon Musk is attempting to articulate with his statements, nor do I have an idea of in which precise context. There has been a long ongoing discussion in Germany regarding the frequency and repetitiveness of commemoration events, discussions including members the Jewish community. It is argued that excessively frequent as well as repetitive commemoration, as witnessed in Germany, will dilute the essence, purpose and impact of the intention. There is a widespread consensus that hands on proactive discourse and decisive measures in ensuring protection for the community are of far greater value than addresses by various political representatives. Making Holocaust Remembrance Day a full national holiday may suffice. But what is of utmost essence is an unrelenting, ironfisted crackdown on antisemitic activities and the reestablishment of safety and security in Jewish communities.

What is Elon Musk up to with this party?

Let's stick to the cars, gents. It's a car topic , not political agenda.

He is a douche , and will remain ,either way.

If Germany needs to look at how it addresses it recent past, that's one thing, but it is absolutely NOT why Musk is working that wound.

Certainly, Musk has a vested interest in attempting to influence Germanys upcoming federal election. Teslas Grünheide production facility, although not as large as those in Shanghai or Austin, is quite a significant investment. And the populist right in Germany is propagating a massive reduction of bureaucracy and regulation. Of course, this appeals to individuals such as Trump, Musk, Bezos, Zuckerberg and company.
As for the rest, analysing the mind of a possibly very twisted genius is a task at hand for psychologists.

Elon has businesses are in highly regulated sectors that benefit from government support and government subsidies:
Tesla - Automotive
Space X - Aviation/Space
Starlink - Tele communication
Nerulink - Medicine
Tesla - "Clean" energy and battery storage
xAI - Artificial intelligence

Twitter is the most powerful political tool and is worth what he paid for it ten times over. The world will regret laughinging at him for buying Twitter. He pulled one of the biggest 4d chess moves of all times.

As I've understood it, Tesla applied for subsidies for the Grünheide, Germany plant-but soon withdrew the application due to fears that he would be required to divulge too much information regarding production practices applied in the manufacturing of batteries.

Another point of interest is that the populistic right AfD is the strongest party in the Grünheide area. Vested interest.

I read the other day Tesla will stop selling Model S and Model X in Europe. Not sure if it's due to the next FL coming or it will be definitive.

Would not be surprissed if it's the latter. Both cars look ancient now.

This brand is dying day by day.

I bet that there are no plans for any S/X at least one year from now.

And the Y and 3 is not exactly the best deal right now...

You’re buying them only because of the bang for the buck of the plaid versions.
