Topaz skin is awesome. It's a primer sprayed on to the car, follow by actual paint. It's all removable like a wrap but up close it looks like paint, and it's self healing!

A bit from the ignorance, although this is a model that when it came out I remember it was quite controversial and that of the super brands, Ferrari it is the only one that launched a serious shooting brake like this, it gives me the impression when passing the years that is very popular both in sales and having covered the mouth of critics, can be?

I can...
The FF is a bit of acquired taste. It's not as desirable as the mid engined Ferraris or the two seater V12 models. I suspect the Panamera Granturismo will be as niche.

Moments ago I saw this GTC4Lusso T. It looks incredible in person, much better than I expected.

Automotive press is reporting that the GTC4 Lusso will be retired in favor of the upcoming Purosangue SAC.

A bit of a shame really... The GTC4 Lusso (as well as its' FF predecessor) exuded a bit of that classic Ferrari old-world elegance. I wonder whether Ferrari will ever revisit the Pinin Concept theme of 1980 and present some sort of 4 door sedan/sedoupe sometime in the future... The Pinin was really sharp in its' day.

Now I know from where Opel took inspiration for its 1987 Senator.

Yes, a shame, it has a elegant design which I like! It always remembered me of the Lamborghini Espada, which is absolutely spectacular.

And if to look at the whole picture, it is even more sad, FF being the successor of the 612 Scaglietti, successor of the 456 GT, one can say the Ferrari 2 door coupe got replaced by CUV. Yet another victim of the CUV trend.

I hope this is not the ICONA model that the CEO referred to that's expected to debut this month.

Except for that big hockey stick made of CF, I quite like it. That leather looks amazing and will form a nice patina as it ages.
