No, I'm glad they didn't, it's a cheap American car styling touch. Leave it for Buicks.

Never thought of it so much. Without it the GLE looks as plain as the new X4/X6 at least the chrome strip would’ve made the Merc look a inch more stylish

Disagree, makes it look cheap. A Benz doesn't need a Buick styling treatment IMO.

The official thread doesn’t appear on my new posts, I had to search for it, quite a few threads that don’t appear as new posts on the forum. I’m assuming that’s why some users are still posting here.

My boss already ordered this thing, GLE 53 AMG and he has some insights. He has been told that the rear lights will resemble the Porsches lights. He meant by that, that it will have the red bar uniting the sides like the coupe suv had.

This turned out to be nonsense.

The official thread doesn’t appear on my new posts, I had to search for it, quite a few threads that don’t appear as new posts on the forum. I’m assuming that’s why some users are still posting here.

Because when you have people on your ignore user list, you don't see any threads that they've created. Does that mean @bialkov is on your ignore user list? There must be loads of people on there if "quite a few" threads don't appear as new posts. In fact, don't say you missed the thread I created giving away free money for anybody replying?


Maybe someone can tell him who isn't on his ignore user list, as no doubt I'm on there.
