Hot! Mercedes-Benz, What's Next?

Not sure what is the issue I think it looks very good. Infact I prefer it to the normal GLC and a superb interior so a very good package
Design is subjective. To me, it looks awful. At least from these leaked pics. Maybe it’ll grow on me once I see the official pics/videos.
But literally, don’t you think that grille looks so out of place, and out of proportion?
Idk.

It seems we'll have to wait for the 2028 S-Class to get excited about Mercedes's new design philosophy.
This is the same old stuff; it doesn't seem like enough effort to meet the need for Mercedes to stand out in this challenging EV/ICE environment.

I like the grille as a new philosophy, but it doesn't fit with the rest of the car; it's noticeable that it was added later.

This would be my redesign. Smaller grille with different bumper. Also cleaner taillight graphics.
So much better this way.

Dare I say the interior looks a lot more promising than the BMW iX3.

I think MB has delivered here.

I cant wait to see the iX3 and this go head to head. They both signify 'fresh starts' and a lot of what is to come from both brands.
Hopefully MB Australia will get a new Boss until then, otherwise they’ll screw up another wonderful car.

Pure, shameful cost cutting. A roof that won’t open, wtf.

M
I fully agree with you.
Especially as Mercedes Benz always installs real sunroofs.

I think the C217 and C190 has been the first Mercedes Benz cars ever with a fixed glass roof, the CLA/SB and the GLC are in the same group.

This shows us how unusual it is.

It depends what else will be presented.

The GLC is fine but again not perfect.

BTW The fixed glass roof is something the Chinese market wants. That’s why it’s now so popular among the German cars.

This GLC EV is as big for MB as the BMW iX3 is.

Pertaining to what's concealed under the body architecture, no argument there. Both chime in crucial new eras for their respective brands. Eye appeal, "MUST HAVE Factor"... ? The market will decide on that, I suppose. Design as well as the perception of which is important.
