F-Type [Official] 2017 Jaguar F-Type SVR

The Jaguar F-Type (X152) is a series of two-door, two-seater sports cars manufactured by British car manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover under their Jaguar Cars marque from 2013 to 2024. The car's JLR D6a platform is based on a shortened version of the XK's platform. It is the so-called "spiritual successor" to the E-Type.
Flamesuit on - Like Richard Hammond stated, the F-Type V8 just makes loud noises; there's no finesse to the exhaust.

Apples and oranges, but my RR with same engine dialed back to 510hp sounds excellent without the shouty-ness and artificial crackles of the SVRs/SVOs. The F-Type V6 on the other hand sounds amazing, easily the best sounding V6.

It's direct rival, the soon to be released AMG GT R will give the SVR very tough competition on all fronts - looks, performance, sound, desirability, and sales.

What a car! Aston Martin has a big task ahead f the new Vantage. Everyone loves the F-type which cost less, look equally as amazing and has driving credentials to match.

Nice pics @Merc1 that SVR looks fantastic. The best current Jag model in my opinion, the F-type is a stunning looking car.

Hmm. They keep showing off that XE Project E even though they say it has no future. What's the point of showing what it can do when at best it's a fantasy car only.
