For the fraction of the price you can get the old Granturismo and then you get:
-same design
-wonderful V8 engine
-lighter weight

Meh the last gen drove as old as it is. From my couple of experiences in this new model, the torque, rigidity, and improved driving dynamics rid me of any notion that this wasn't a major improvement over the old. The price is still out of bounds of course.

These aren’t going to sell… what is Maserati thinking? They DO NOT have the brand cache they think they do. No one in their right mind would pick these over an SL or a 911… Honestly even an 8 series would be a better car and significantly cheaper.

Yes its hard to understand the logic with Maserati’s pricing. The new Granturismo is basically the same car as before, but now it has a boring six, before it had a wonderful Ferrari V8 engine. And they have increased the price by a lot….?!
