My parents coming to visit for a week from Germany. I am now an USA citizen since 2010 immigrating from Germany after my husband got out of the US Army in 2007 where I met him. They come at least once a year and see I have a much happier life. Finding out my daughter and her husband are having a 2nd child, she is pregnant with #2. They have a 4 year old son together

May I ask where in Germany your husband was stationed ? I'm curious as I had a number of acquaintances and an assorted very few good friends in the U.S. military/DoD/RFE/VoA community way back from the later 1960s through the early 1990s. Primary in the Munich area as well as in Bad Tölz and AFRC Chiemsee. I also attended the Munich International Middle/High School, which was a great, very enriching experience. Multinational student body and faculty. A Munich native myself (in northern German "exile" for the past 40 years though), I think fondly of that long gone era.

Gave something for an employee's 14 year old and step son to do. Both got suspended from school for disrespecting their teachers. He had to stop during a timing chain job on an Audi to come and pick them up from school. Had 20 scrap brake rotors that needed to go on my scrap rotor pile in stacked nicely in one area in my back room and put some junk catalytic converters on the shelf. Also sweep the floor in my parts room where I keep my stock items which are the oil filters, oil and antifreeze. He told them no complaining which there was none, told them this was one consequence for what they did. Him and his wife have a punishment for them at home too
