The front design is definitely going to look more interesting and stylish than I had imagined. It looks much more cohesive than the current CLA and also I like the look of the front lights better than those in the A-class.

For me it's all about how they resolve all the lines at the rear, that's what I felt let the out going model down the most, but I agree, the small difference to the head lamp design looks far better than the A/CLS style one.

It won't look better than the CLS when you get the full look at the proportions vs the CLS, but it is going to be pretty. It follows classic Mercedes practice. The second generation of a totally new vehicle is WORLDS better than the first. I mean they're building on the already excellent A-Class, they have a great starting point for this price/class of vehicle. The CLA still outsells the A3 here in the U.S. and I expect the A Sedan, CLA, GLB and next GLA will do a robust business in the U.S. with no apologies this time.

Even the front is lookign better than the cls/a class
