Will it have the same connected grille as the iX3? If so, why bother to cover it up. I do like the X3 but is a bit soft on the nose to my taste. X5 front is much better executed so hope it goes more in that direction.

Doubt it! Same changes as the 5er LCI.

Pretty much all generation X1 and X3 have had boring designs or looked a bit ugly.

Historically the X3 has had big LCI changes. I look forward to what will be done to the G01 this time.

What i don't understand is. Why didn't they wait with the launch of the iX3 till the LCI? Is there a good reason for the rush? Now the iX3 is a not so good EV (range wise) with a design that's already been renewed.
