M3/M4 [Official] 2021 BMW M3 and M4 [G80 & G82]

The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986. The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3.

I know man! Unfortunately our colleague never said anything? Too busy I suppose. Perhaps?🤔🙂
Yes, very busy day, I was finishing tuning mine ;)

It never ceases to amaze me how, in addition to everything, this generation has become a sort of "new Supra" in terms of tuning preferences.

Would love to see what one of those nutter tuners could do with the W16.
Probably make like 5000bhp and enough torque to completely implode the gearbox.
It was precisely what VW did, present the first and ultimate tunner, they spent 10 years developing how to put more than 1,000 hp in a car that would not explode every time you took it to the French Riviera, it was "aerospace" technology, remember the 10 radiators, four turbos etc, etc, these two BMWs next to the Chiron, 15 years later, they still sometimes work, sometimes they don't and sometimes they explode or melt their boxes

There's actually an old story, I did try to piece it together but it was after the fact. Underground Racing has a part owner or backer that let's them use his cars for racing. The red drag racing Lamborghini Huracan for one. One of the owners usually drives it.

Anyway apparently he had a Bugatti Chiron and it was at their facilities and a post showed the car and said something like "What if" or "Stay tuned" type of thing.

Well we never really found out. Bugatti USA probably stepped in, but they would be high up my list of preferred people to work on the car.

I CAN say just a simple remap will get you around 1750hp/1800NM which is monstrous. These are quoted figures from reputable tuning houses and correlate with gains on the Bugatti Vernon. +200hp/NM circa.

It's a bit sacrilegious to think about retouching them

Here's something, everytime you post a French car, you know from France yes? At the end of the week for each one I will buy a pint of beer yes?

Thing is, I'm not going to get pissed on 1 or 2 pints nest pas as strong as Stella Artios is monsieur!😉

(Peugeot existe oui?)

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
