White was always BMW motorsport's official color. All their racing cars are predominantly white. Of course white is the new in color too.

I don't think we're talking about whether it's their color or not. We're talking about presentation. The color you present your car in is very important. And I guess white suits the new designs better then previously.

Michelin confirms Michelin Pilot Sport Cup+ is available for M3 V8.


”The recently introduced Michelin Pilot Sport Cup + has been approved as original equipment on the latest version of the BMW M3, launched in the second half of 2007. Already OE for the coupe version of the M3, the Pilot Sport Cup + is the French tyremaker’s top-of-the-line sports tyre. Developed for high speed track racing, it also meets all the requirements of public highway driving, as evidenced by the “DOT” marking on the sidewall.

The technology ensconced within the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup + enables the tyre to handle extreme track conditions while delivering optimal grip for safe everyday driving. To achieve this dual objective, Michelin implemented a two-compound design. Because wet-road driving makes considerable demands on the inside shoulder, silica has been included in this section of the tread, thus guaranteeing superior traction on slippery surfaces. I can't believe my eyes. A fast car to catch zero to none criminals in Netherlands, when New York could use some REAL 0 to 60s to get to me b4 I get killed? And what is the US spending money on again? I can produce a bunch of names on a list that would join that police force in a heartbeat --
