CLA [Official] Mercedes-Benz CLA Facelift

The Mercedes-Benz CLA is a series of luxury subcompact executive cars manufactured by Mercedes-Benz since 2013. The first generation was a four-door sedan based on the platform of the W176 A-Class and W246 B-Class compact cars, marketed as a four-door coupé. In 2015, Mercedes-Benz expanded the CLA family to include a station wagon configuration which it markets as a Shooting Brake. As the V177 A-Class sedan took its place as the budget-conscious sedan, the second generation got longer and wider than the W205 C-Class.
I would say the interior of the Mazda 3 looks more upmarket. How is the CLA doing over in the US?
The CLA is quite popular where I am, Orlando FL to be exact but everyone mostly drive the non sport models. People that have them here are mostly younger and care about driving a Mercedes than anything else so they don't really mind a nutshell interior

I own a CLA250, that I optioned out to 43K. I think the sport package is a must, and the leather interior really upgrades the interior with the stitched dash and door panels. There are A LOT of CLAs on the road, but I enjoy my car. I've leased it, thinking of a CLA 45 as the next one. If optioned out the CLA take a high end look. The difference in ride though between a CLA and C is huge, especially on the quality and noise.

The crazy thing is, prices for the CLA 250 in Australia even though it is well equipped, cost close to $70k AUD, and I can get a 2014 C250 for around that price, or a 2015 C200. I will take the C-class in an instant.

I see them in Sweden too. This version is popular.

The CLA seems to be appealing to a much younger demographic than the C. While the premium over an A is a bit steep, there's definitely still room for it in the local line up.

Here a well equipped CLA will run you around $45k, 50 max but they are relatively cheap given that the AMG version runs for under $65k

No, the new tail lights have lost their standout design. I've ordered a pre facelift 2016 build CLA250 Shooting Brake. All of the mechanical updates except the LED headlights and in my opinion much better front and rear bumper designs. It also rides a hell of a lot better than my old A250
