I just checked the BMWUSA configurator.
I have to correct my self, only the 5 series can be equipped with the sunroof, on the 7 series they meanwhile offer only this closed panorama glass roof.

Yes, I’m pretty sure it is. But it’s BMW, we don’t REALLY know what’s lurking under those camouflages. They always surprise us whether it’s in a good or bad way .

Even though I miss angel eyes, this is a complete inner tier when it comes to split headlights. Simply insanely good! Let's hope iDrive X and the removal of iDrive-controller doesn't come to the G70 LCI.

Thank you mate, it means a lot. It’s just a hobby of mine, so nothing serious. I would love to be a professional designer though.
And yes, it has a potential to go on social media platforms. Back in the day people were thinking my crappy renders were legitimate and shared them everywhere .

I always sketch actually, I have dozens of them. Not a specific brand either, I do whatever I feel like at that moment. With all these new AI image converters it has gotten so easy to do 3D versions of them.
And no, I’m not an industrial/graphic designer. Just a hobby. Been sketching everything, including cars, since I was very little.
I will post regularly if you guys want to see more of them.

I think the most important part is having great line work. Especially when doing industrial design. Knowing how the perspectives work is also really important. I would look at my model cars from every possible angle to figure out how everything looks then translate that into the paper. Doing all of these + having a design vision = Great sketches. I’m sure you can do great sketches mate. Just practice consistently, and don’t care about how they look. At the end of the day they’re just sketches, they’re not meant to be perfect.

Exactly. Has similar bumper treatment to the iX. Since the actual headlight units got much smaller with the LCI it would be better to hide it inside a vertical black piece. That way you won’t have to black out the whole front facia like the current M-Sport model.

This old render by you perfectly exemplifies my fears about the LEDs on the FL G70. I much prefer how the car would look if BMW followed a similar idea to the one on your latest G70 render.

I’m pretty sure it won’t have LED’s like that old render. Just current headlights setup with some tweaks to make it more coherent with the NK design language.
