You'd hope... but no, not for a single microsecond. Charlie is independently wealthy even ignoring the Crown Estate, if he wanted a bespoke Rolls-Royce he could have one - I would guess it's the choice of Protection Command as other Royals have been seen being carted about in 7-ers also.

The G70 isn't exactly pretty, but it looks majestic and has a significant presence on the road. I'm looking forward to the G70 LCI, but fear the already gorgeous interior will be ruined by iDrive X.

This isn't his only car. He's got access to various bespoke Bentleys and Rolls-Royces, some modern, some classics dating from 1950, which are one-offs, specially adapted for state use. He was also gifted a RR Cullinan by the King of Bahrain for his Coronation.

Privately, King Charles has various cars, but he's famously a fan of Aston Martin.

The grant is set afaik. Lower income from the estate would mean more money put into in by the govenment. So yeah, he gets the same every year no matter what happens financially.
